Wagner has acquired the British company Earlex Limited, Guildford, UK. Earlex Ltd. manufactures HVLP paint spray guns, wallpaper strippers and hot air guns primarily for the DIY market. The Earlex product portfolio will enhance the consumer businesses of the Wagner Group.The companies which have made up part of the Earlex Group to date, namely Ewbank with its floor cleaning products business and Clarke Cable with its Cable Solutions business, will remain in the hands of the current owners, the Baseley and Hopper families. Earlex Ltd. was founded in 1987 and has more than 100 employees worldwide.
